The Library

Brain
The books on this list are the ones that have actually changed the way I think. You'll find neuroscience, mental health, habit formation, AI, and at least one entry that will make you feel significantly less broken for not being able to focus, leave a bad relationship, or get your life together on someone else's timeline. Some of these I found in desperate moments. Some were recommended by people I trust. All of them earned a permanent spot on the shelf.
Body
The books on this list sit at the intersection of women's health, longevity, and the science of how stress, hormones, and trauma live in the body — not as abstract concepts, but as things that show up in your back pain, your exhaustion, your metabolism, and your relationship with yourself. These are the books I wish existed when I was in my 20s, written by researchers and physicians who actually studied female bodies instead of assuming the male data would transfer. Read them with a highlighter and a healthy dose of skepticism, including toward me.
Money / Finance
Nobody handed us a financial playbook — not in school, not at home, and definitely not during the multiple once-in-a-generation economic collapses we've lived through. This list covers the full spectrum: why we spend the way we do, how to stop the patterns that are quietly wrecking us, and how to actually build wealth in an economy that was not designed with us in mind. Whether you're starting from zero or just tired of feeling like you're doing it wrong, there's something here for wherever you are.
The AI space moves so fast that half of what gets published is outdated before the ink dries. These are the books I've vetted for actually being useful — whether you're brand new to these tools and don't know where to start, or you're already using AI daily and want to get more intentional about how. No hype, no doom, no "the robots are coming for us all." Just practical guidance for using these tools the way they were meant to be used: to make your work faster, your output better, and your brain slightly less overwhelmed.
AI Tools & Tips

Thrillers
I have a type, and that type is "psychologically destroyed by page 3." This list is basically a shrine to Karin Slaughter and Charlie Donlea — two authors who will make you miss sleep, cancel plans, and question everyone you've ever trusted. There's also a handful of other writers in here who gave me the same "I need to lie down after that ending" feeling. No cozy mysteries, no slow burns that go nowhere. Just the good stuff — dark, twisty, and completely unputdownable.

Suspense / Sci Fi
This list has range — and I'm not apologizing for it. You'll find Blake Crouch bending reality until your brain hurts, Freida McFadden making you distrust every person in your life, and yes, a few Colleen Hoover titles, because Verity exists and I had to. There's also some sci-fi in here that scratches a completely different itch — the kind that's less "aliens" and more "what if the world ended quietly and nobody told you." Dark, twisty, occasionally unhinged. Exactly how I like it.
