Affiliate Disclosure
Some of the links on this site — specifically in the Bookshelf and Library sections — are Amazon affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you purchase something through them at no additional cost to you. I want to be completely transparent about this: I only link to books and products I have personally read, used, or genuinely believe in. Nobody pays me to recommend anything. Nobody sends me free products in exchange for placement. Every opinion on this site is my own, formed through my own experience and research — and that will never change regardless of whether a link earns me fifty cents or fifty dollars. The affiliate program helps offset the cost of running this site. That's it.

Medical Disclaimer
Nothing on this site is medical advice. I am not a doctor, a licensed healthcare provider, a registered dietitian, a physical therapist, or any other kind of credentialed medical professional. I am a person who does a significant amount of research, has lived experience with a number of health conditions, and believes strongly that women deserve access to honest, evidence-based health information written by someone who isn't trying to sell them something.
The content on The Wired & Wild — including but not limited to posts about sciatica, degenerative disc disease, mental health, anxiety, alcohol, nutrition, biohacking, supplements, and longevity — is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It reflects my personal experience and current published research, which is always evolving and sometimes contradictory.
Please do not use anything you read here as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, medications, or any other aspect of your health. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
Financial Disclaimer
Nothing on this site is financial advice. I am not a licensed financial advisor, a certified financial planner, a broker, or any other kind of credentialed financial professional. I am an elder millennial who learned most of what I know about money the hard way — through recessions, student loans, and years of making less than minimum wage at a salaried job — and I share what I've learned because I wish someone had told me sooner.
The content on The Wired & Wild — including posts about budgeting, investing, Roth IRAs, Social Security, debt payoff, and personal finance tools — is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It reflects my personal experience and general research, not personalized financial guidance.
Your financial situation is unique. What worked for me may not work for you, and vice versa. Please consult a qualified financial professional before making any significant financial decisions, including but not limited to investment choices, retirement planning, debt management, and tax strategy.

If you reach out through the contact form or engage with this site in any way, please be a decent human being. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and bad faith communication of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in being blocked without notice or explanation.
By submitting content through any form on this site, you confirm that you are the original author of that content and grant The Wired & Wild permission to use it for the purpose for which it was submitted (i.e. responding to your inquiry). You do not grant permission for your submissions to be published publicly without your explicit consent.
